I've been Poly all my life and have enjoyed several such relations, the last a triad that was incredibly fulfilling; sadly, they moved away. My first was an FMF encounter with ensuing relations as MFM. Sans the Male bandwagon, a triad with bi fems or a cube would be preferrable.
