how do I edit the info at the top of my profile ?

well the support ppl will not change some incorrect info, and they will not tell me how to correct it myself. I do not see a way to Edit it myself. I seriously doubt the person handling "technical" requests has the knowledge to lend support. telling me to flush my browser is not going to fix hard-coded info on their website.
