Relatively new at this , had a couple of nice meets , yet to join a couple but hopeful , but is usual to be invited to rush out at a moments notice and meet for sex , if so ok but is it reasonable to need to plan a meet or is me being too cautious , I appreciate my profile may be controversial to some many maybe , but I am tryin to get the etiquette , ??

In my opinion, you can take things at whatever pace you're good with.   If you WANT to rush out at a moment's notice, go for it.  If you're the type who likes to take his time and feel pushed by someone to go faster than you like, give em a pass.  

The same rule applies to men as to women!   If it's not your style, you are under no obligation to give in to anyone for any reason.  And no excuses needed!
